If you've got a question about how we ship, return or handle your orders? You’ve come to the right place!
We’re home to a community of independent baby & children's brands. When you shop with us, it’s one checkout process, no matter how many brands you buy from.
We do also stock many of these brands in our shop and warehouse but to offer you even more choice of baby & toddler essentials from a range of amazing brands we also have items that are shipped directly by the brand.
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order confirmation letting you know we have received your order.
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification confirming your item is on its way to you plus tracking details so you can keep updated with its delivery to you.

For UK deliveries all smaller items are shipped via Evri and Royal Mail and larger items are shipped via UPS, DHL and ParcelForce.
Shipping prices are calculated upon checkout depending on location and weight.

If you would like any more information on which products we stock or if you are ordering several items from different brands and would like them gift wrapped and shipped together, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

**Please note that these delivery times are approximate and in most cases delivery will be quicker than the stated times but particularly with items being shipped from our EU warehouse and during busy times such as Christmas please allow slightly longer for your order to arrive**

Following receipt of your items you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange, so long as the item is in perfect condition with the labels still attached.
Worn or washed items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the 14 day period. Personalised products cannot be returned.
Please email info@hugoandme.co.uk prior to returning any item detailing your order number and item(s) to be returned or exchanged along with details of any items requested as replacements. Customers are responsible for covering postage charges when returning items. As a small business promoting sustainable purchasing we do not offer prepaid returns.
Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office when returning items as we are not responsible for items that fail to arrive to us.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order please email info@hugoandme.co.uk and we will do our best to complete your request.
Please be aware that it may take 1-2 business days for us to respond via email *due to the volume of email we receive) in which time your order may have already been processed.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched we are unable to cancel it. In this case we can arrange return instead.
Please note, any orders that include personalisation cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
